Elisha Theodore is the founder of 8th Degree Consulting. Originally trained as a Chemical Engineer for the Oil & Gas industry, Elisha pivoted into the banking sector, where he gained a deep, practical understanding of how businesses operate from the inside out. His hands-on experience leading IT projects — from banking apps to enterprise document management systems — sharpened his systems thinking and laid the foundation for his work in automation and digital transformation.
Elisha holds an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. As a founder and strategist, he brings a rare blend of technical expertise and business acumen to every project. His passion lies in designing smart, scalable systems that streamline operations, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
A Certified Airtable Builder, Elisha continuously explores innovative ways to leverage Airtable and other modern tools to solve real business problems.
